In the Nebraska Legislature there are cuts in funding of healthcare programs.
Washington is making drastic cuts in Scholarships and Grant funding.

The word is; there will be increase numbers seeking healthcare in the ER.
More patients in crisis.

LB 677 a bill in Nebraska will increase penalities for assaulting a healthcare worker is stalled and could fail.

There are 20,000-30,000 nurses in Nebraska who need to make there voices heard!

Advocacy Day March 15th 2011

Let State Senators know how the cuts in Behavioral Health services effects you and your family.
More cuts in services more partients in crisis. More patients in the ER seeking emergency care and treatment.
Volunteer your time to talk to senators.
Participate in Press Conference
Attend Appropriations hearing/Behavioral Health Services
